Dream Theatre is less than 2 miles from the loop, accessible to the Red Line, 18th Street bus and Halsted Street bus as well as being right off of the highway. There is free street parking readily available in the immediate area. The theatre seats 65-75. The playing space is 32 x 21 feet. The ceiling is 14 feet. There is a large shop/dressing area with a large trap door leading onto the stage. There is a 16 x 22 foot lobby/gallery space. The space is available for weekend performances at competitve rates. We also rent out for rehearsal, events, off night and late night performances. We have packages to include use of lighting and sound equipment.
